My Work
Specializing in my own whimsical world of cake, I see no limits or bounds. I am maximal in my design, chaotic in my colors, fantastical in my style; I weave all of these together with elegance. Whether I am creating one hundred small bites or a three foot tall cake sculpture, I have an obsession for turning the edible into ethereal.
Location
I am currently located in Santa Fe, New Mexico. I'm moving to my new home in Brooklyn, New York, by June first, where I will stay for the foreseeable future.
